If you become a client, we may collect additional business information needed to build and support your software. We never ask for more than the job requires.

We use your contact information to write back, set up a call, and understand whether we can help. If you become a client, we use project-related information to build, deliver, and support your software. We do not sell your information. We do not use it to advertise to you, and we do not share it with anyone except the people inside our company who need it to do the work.

Contact form submissions are stored in our secure backend database, hosted by our cloud provider with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized members of our team. For client projects, we follow the security practices agreed in your contract and store data only where you have approved.

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except: • When required by law, regulation, or legal process. • With service providers who host our infrastructure and help us operate the site, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. • With your consent. We do not share contact-form submissions with other unions, vendors, or partners.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, typically up to two years. After that, we delete or anonymize them. Client project data is kept according to the terms of your contract and any legal obligations that apply to your records.

You can ask us to show you what information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. This is the important part. For client projects, your data belongs to you and your organization. We build and maintain the software, but the information inside it — member records, dispatch history, training data, financial records — is yours. If our working relationship ever ends, we help you export your data in a usable format. We do not hold it hostage.
